RMR participated in the “Move 2 Improve” conference, held on 6–7 November 2025 in Vienna and Baden, Austria, within the framework of the 15th Lower Austria Logistics Conference and the final transnational meeting of the European project DiRECT – Digital skills for senior logistic staff.

The event was also attended by the Association of Thessalian Enterprises and Industries (STHEV), representing logistics and business stakeholders from the Thessaly region.

The conference gathered over 300 professionals and organizations from across Europe to discuss:

• the role of logistics in regional development,

• innovation and digital transformation, and

• strategies to enhance competitiveness in the supply chain sector.

On the second day, the final project partners’ meeting took place in Baden, during which partners reviewed the project’s progress and discussed next steps for its successful completion.
Special focus was placed on the digital training platform developed within the project, which provides participants with access to a modern, comprehensive training programme, while trainers can use lesson plans, educational resources, and detailed teaching guidelines.
