The event co-organized by STHEV and RMR IKE, titled
“Technological Transformation in Logistics: Challenges and Modern Solutions for Businesses and Employees,”
was successfully completed on Friday, 28 November, at STHEV’s facilities.

The event brought together logistics professionals, company executives, trainers, consultants, employees wishing to upgrade their skills, as well as students and graduates interested in the sector.

During the event, the European project DiRECT – Digital skIlls foR sEnior logistiC sTaff and its results were presented. Participants were introduced to the emerging technological trends reshaping supply chains, the labour market challenges, and the need for new skills. Practical tools and solutions that businesses and employees can adopt were also showcased.

The aim of the event was to foster dialogue about the future of logistics, highlight real market needs, and create a space for the exchange of experiences, insights, and ideas among professionals and experts.
